At this time, we are at our insurance max and are not accepting New Insurance Patients. We will still accept Medicare and Self-Pay (Cash) Patients.

Beginning August 1st, 2026 our office will no longer be billing for Out of Network insurances - Aetna, Cigna/ASH, Premera, Kaiser, Lifewise, United Health Care
